Where else we are listed
Australian trade directories carry listings for most licensed installers, and they are worth checking because a business that will not appear in them is usually a business that cannot. Our details are the same everywhere: 81 Junction Rd Nunawading, 1300 520 116, and both licence numbers.
If you find a listing for Borderless Solutions showing a different address, a different phone number or no licence numbers at all, it is either out of date or it is not us. Two addresses we no longer trade from occasionally still appear on older third party listings, and we are working through having those corrected.

Worth following, or not, depending on what you need
We are not trying to be interesting on social media. What goes up is mostly the work, because the work is the only thing that tells you whether an installer knows what they are doing.
You are about to book an installer
Look at the mounting detail rather than the camera. Is the cable entry sealed or taped. Is the roof penetration flashed. Is the camera at a height a person can reach from the ground. Those three things separate a system that lasts from one that fails in a season, and they are visible in a photo.
You already have a system
Seasonal reminders that actually matter. Battery backup before storm season. Detector sensitivity when the weather changes. Checking that your recorder is still recording, which is the fault we are called out for most often and the one nobody notices until they need footage.
You want deals and discounts
We do not run countdown offers or flash sales. Pricing comes from a technician looking at the property, because a discount on the wrong system is not a saving.
You are looking for web design
That is a different business with a similar name. We install security systems and connectivity, and nothing else.
If we have worked on your property
A review from someone in your own suburb is worth more than any advertising we could buy, because the person reading it is deciding whether to let a stranger onto their property. If you have a minute, the things that genuinely help someone else are the suburb you are in, what the problem was, and whether the system did what you expected afterwards.
You do not need to be complimentary for it to be useful. If something was not right, we would rather read it and fix it than have you say nothing. The number on your invoice reaches the same team either way.
